Director of Petroleum Company Wanted by Police to Face Forgery and Stealing Charges

Detective from Kileleshwa police station and Banking Fraud investigations unit are pursuing a director of a petroleum company who is facing allegations of defrauding millions.

DCI officers are looking for Omar Ahmed Mohamed failing to appear before Milimani Chief Magistrate Court to face several criminal charges including fraud.

The suspect is alleged to have defrauded the oil company millions of shillings .

According to Detectives, Ahmed was supposed to face forgery, stealing and conspiracy to defraud charges on 28th of November last year.

He was released on a police bond of Sh40,000 pending his appearance in court. According to the cash bail receipt, it was issued on Nov 22, and the particulars of the accusation was stealing by directors.

However, upon being freed, the director has since gone underground and the police are now appealing to the public for anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the nearest police station.
